I’m an Illinois wedding, elopement, couple and destination photographer based out of Geneva, Illinois but please take me anywhere! My husband and I both have the travel bug, so any down time we have, we are planning our next adventure! I have a slightly unhealthy obsession with my mini goldendoodle, Finn and it’s safe to say I may like animals better than humans. If I’m not cuddling my pup I’m listening or playing music! I actually went to school for music, so music is a HUGE part of who I am and what I love. This means one thing to you… you better come prepared to jam out with me because during your session + wedding I will be setting all the moods with my playlist I make just for YOU!
My shooting style is documentary which means I am all about those candid moments! My job is to capture your day, your relationship and your moments exactly how they happened so you can remember exactly how you felt. Don’t worry, I’ll give you direction and guidance when you need it, but I am there to tell YOUR story as genuine and organic as possible. Having me be a part of your day means you’ll have beautiful photos that tell your story. I’ll capture those happy tears you have when you see your man for the first time and I’ll capture the little details like your grandmothers necklace that she gave you to wear. I'm here to serve you, to celebrate you and to guide you on what will be the most amazing day of your life!

More likely than not, you probably don’t LOVE having your picture taken or you think “we are so awkward”… does that sound like you?! To set your mind at ease I know 99% of my couples aren’t professional models so you don’t have to worry!
I will be there to guide you every step of the way! I’ll help direct you, create genuine moments and make sure we are workin your best angles! My goal is to bring out the real YOU and capture just that. I’m not looking for the cookie cutter poses. I’ll help create scenarios that bring out genuine emotion and have you interact with eachother, hoping by the end of the session/day you forget there’s even a camera there!
